Cara menggunakan software ini cukup mudah, ditambah lagi dengan interface language nya pake bahasa indonesia, jelas kita sudah bisa mengatur mengurangi, menambah, dan start awal dari file .srt itu setelah itu save lah file .srt yang sudah diedit tadi, gak usah khawatir file .srt yang asli masih tersimpan rapi kok di folder nya dengan tambahan nama "_asli" di belakangnya.dan Ini Tutorialnya :
1. Buka file film yang telah bersubtitle, tonton dulu filmnya sebentar, lalu perhatikan singkron tidaknya dengan subtitle dengan cara menyimak dialog dari film.
2. Jika tidak singkron antara Subtitle dengan dialog di Film, catat 1 saja menit dan detik bagian dari yang tidak singkron itu, misal pada dialog 05.10 sedangkan subtitle nya baru muncul pada 05.20
jadi ini dikurangi 10

3. Buka KotSub, lalu buka file subtitle dengan menekan tombol "Buka" kemudian browse subtitle yang akan anda rubah timingnya.

4. Masukan pilihan anda apakan akan merubah "Waktu Mulai", "Tambah", atau "Kurangi" lalu tentukan menit dan detik nya

5. Jika sudah, tekan tombol "Proses" jika proses selesai maka terdapat dialog "Proses sukses bos." 

6.Selesai hasilnya bisa dilihat..Mudah kan...
